Santa Barbara is a lovely accommodation in GDS. great location and close to lovely places to eat. The room and complex was ideal. Very good. I gave 4 stars but would have given 5 if I didn’t need to contact for th bed change/towel change as they kept missing our apartment out. However then did the change the next day and they apologised for missing us twice.

Excellent location in the heart of La Laguna. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops, bus station. Paid parking lot one block away. The kitchen has sink, refrigerator, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, and hot pot. No stove or oven but I didn't need them. Staff was responsive via Whatsapp with logistics and helpful with recommendations too. Beautiful, peaceful, shared jardin. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent choice for our stay on tenerife in the canary islands. Our third floor seaside room was wonderful because we could leave the door open and listen to the waves. And yet, still have privacy during the day, because people could not see in from the street. The breakfast offering is quite amazing. And the room has modern appointments that were really nice such as motion detected nightlights in the bathroom and l e d's that could be set for different light levels. It's true that the rooms are not very large and the bathroom is quite a squeeze. I was also a little stumped that amenities did not include body lotion or hair conditioner. These seem pretty basic for a four star hotel. However, overall it was a wonderful place for us to spend our time in the canary islands

We loved our 3 day stay. The reception staff were wonderful. We had an issue with our room and they accommodated our request to upgrade. All staff members are very professional and helpful. The food was delicious and many dishes to choose from. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach and plenty of things to see. Don’t hesitate to book!

You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met with impending dread. We were called many times by the manager to check we were ok after we wrote a complaint but it was all very awkward. We ended up ordering food for delivery from a place in the next village on two nights, the best food we had all week! They commented to us how bland the food was in the hotel without any prompting from us so it obviously has a reputation. I would suggest staying somewhere smaller that cares about the customer experience more.
