"Apartment was very clean & cleaned daily. Had a kitchenette with 2 burners. Also had cookware, silverware, plates/bowls, & a hot water pitcher for teas/coffee. Apt furnished dish soap, sponge for washing dishes, paper towels & plenty of toilet paper. Showers were small, but manageable unless you are a very large person. (Husband is 6ft & 290 lbs & had difficulty getting in & out of shower, but succeeded!) Beautiful view from the back portico including table & chairs. They even furnished an ash tray on the portico table. (Husband is a smoker so that was a plus.) Staff was very friendly! Location was very quiet & had the sweetest kitty cats roaming the property. We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 25th Anniversary trip. The swimming pool was beautiful with plenty of sun beds. They even had a small playground for children."

"- Staff were all lovely. - Breakfast was great, full English, pastries, pancakes, melon, yoghurt, eggs to order, cereal. - Pool was incredible over 25 meters. Sun loungers were very comfy. - Food and drinks were delicious. Dinner menu could have had more traditional Greek food though, we ate out a lot because of this. - Great location 20mins from airport, 50mins from Sami. 5min walk to an okay beach. - rooms were modern well kept and comfy,"

"Positives.The house was absolutely stunning. Really clean and tidy and the pool was amazing. It was really big and comfortably fit 4 adults and 3 children. It was in a quiet location so really peaceful and the views were incredible. The local beach was brilliant to go snorkelling and there were plenty of places to eat that were all really nice. You definitely need a car if you want to explore.Negatives.To take the bins out It is a 5-10 minute walk onto the main road. We were charged 100 when we got home because we didn't clean the property up to their standards and there was a broken soap dispenser. We are very clean and tidy people and like to think we are respectful too. It says in the T&Cs to leave the property at a reasonable standard of cleanliness so been charged 100 for not emptying all the bins, a broken soap despenser(that we definitely did not break)there been sand in the outdoor shower(we were told to wash sand off before going in the pool)and apparently inside there was sand "everywhere"but we did sweep!! The dust pan and brush was rubbish. There were water marks on the table too. The air con in one room didn't work and we also had a power cut. We had to fix the air-conditioning ourselves and also fix the electricity ourselves(which would of saved them money on getting someone out to do it) and also got told we were not allowed to use the air con in excess and to not put sun lotions on before getting in the pool. It was nearly 40 degrees!!!"

"We had a great time in a wonderful villa , it was so peaceful and relaxing ! Absolutely loved waking up to the waves lapping on the beach and the fantastic view. We have been to Kefalonia many times and have always used Agni villa as an agent for our villas, never ever been disappointed and we will be back again ! Beautiful island and great villas. Villa Angela perfect oŸ‘Œ Thank you oŸ™"

"La villa est spacieuse. L’extérieur, terrasse et piscine, est très agréable, avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La maison fait partie d’un complexe de 4 villas, avec entrées autonomes, entourées de jardin, tout est très bien entretenu par les propriétaires et un technicien qui viennent discrètement tôt nettoyer la piscine et les abords et arroser les plantes. La villa Caterina est au bout du chemin d’accès, très calme. Les derniers mètres sont un peu raides et caillouteux. La place pour garer la voiture est protégée du soleil par un toit, c’est très agréable. L’entrée et la sortie de la voiture demandent de bien manœuvrer.Le wifi ne fonctionne qu’à l’extérieur (probablement commun aux 4 villas) ce qui ne pose pas de problème car l’espace terrasse est grand, bien aménagé ( grande table pour 6, deux transats lits confortables), bien protégé du soleil ou de la pluie.Il y a des restaurants et un petit supermarché à proximité par contre pour les plages, il faut une voiture. Le bord de la côte est pentu et la villa est dans un zone habitée en retrait sur les collines. Notre plage préférée du secteur: la petite crique accessible par les rochers à droite de la plage de Pessada. Et pour l’ambiance restaurants, passegiata et coucher de soleil: Lourdata. Argostoli et ses tortues, les monastères de St André et St Gerasime et le mont Ainos sont accessibles à moins d’une heure. Un bon emplacement pour découvrir cette partie de l’île !"
