Located in the prime area of Hay Mohammadi, the apartment is situated in a quiet and secure residence. It is entirely private, bright, carefully maintained, and features windows overlooking the interior of the residence, providing additional privacy and tranquility.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and are free to use all rooms and amenities throughout their stay.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and excessive noise are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to respect the quiet hours of the residence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment, with a maximum occupancy of four people. The apartment is reserved for families, married couples, and business travelers. Unmarried couples and mixed groups of friends are not accepted. For security purposes, a surveillance camera is installed outside the entrance only to verify the number of declared guests; there are no cameras inside the apartment. Please remember to lock the door whenever you leave the property. Before checking out, kindly dispose of your trash and leave the apartment clean and tidy. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, in accordance with the booking terms, and additional charges may apply in the event of damage.
