Parking was very tight because there was a lot of workers and trucks and we also had an F150. The trucks aren't the problem as much as the parking lot is a bit small. But everyone is mindful of everyones vehicles and respects the property and the owner is very accommodating and considerate.

Super nice and helpful folks greeted us! The wagon was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We enjoyed the campfire ring, the private and peaceful lot, and of course, the bbq food truck that happened to come by the night we stayed!

Cute place. Stayed over Thanksgiving holiday. Bring your slippers concrete floor couldnt get warm. Beds are upstairs. 1 extra soft 1 extra hard. We slept on sofa downstairs. Fully stocked kitchen was great. Had dinner there plenty of room. Host great.
