"CHECK-IN We arrived at 9:45 AM after a delayed flight recognizing the hotel would only be used until noon before checkout. No problems with check-in. BREAKFAST After checking in, I asked what time breakfast ended, which was included with our room fee, and was told 10 AM. I could see the breakfast still out, but when the receptionist went to confirm with the kitchen staff they shared breakfast was over even with the time being 9:50 AM. ROOM We used the room to rest and to shower. Unfortunately, it was not to our standards as there was condensation on the ceiling, mold in the bathroom, only bath towels with no hand towels or face towels and furniture that needed to be replaced. ATM The website states there is an ATM, but I asked the receptionist and there isn’t one onsite. Though we did not have expectations that this would be a five star hotel, we did expect the hotels to be clean and in alignment with their stated accommodations. For us, this hotel fell short."

"Unfortunately, the room was quite moldy. It appeared that the windows and curtains hadn’t been cleaned in years, leading to a pervasive presence of black mold and a strong musty odor. After requesting the staff to clean the windows and change the curtains, they responded promptly, and the room's smell significantly improved. For individuals with mold allergies, this hotel may not be the best choice. However, the location is absolutely fantastic, as it's right next to the Amazon Theater! The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. Overall, this place simply needs to pay much more attention to cleanliness."

"We stayed here for a brief stopover in Manaus. The room was very clean and the staff kind and helpful. However the overall property is a little older and for example the pool area does not look like the same standard as the photos. Didnt get time to see the other amenities."

"The hotel was very clean! The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms are big and cozy. The breakfast was delicious! The gym and the swimming pool were great. On the whole l would recomnend the Rede Andrade Hotels to anyone who visit Manaus, Brazil... Hugo Vanegas"
