Surrounded by an olive grove and a vineyard, and just minutes from local shops and cafes, this fully furnished cottage is an idyllic escape. Enjoy organic delicacies at The Farm and immerse in the local culture with a 4-minute drive to Main Street\`s vibrant scene.  
  
Step into a world of country elegance as you enter Willunga House. The heart of the home, an open-plan living area, beckons with its comfortable five-seater couch, large TV, and a charming woodfire, creating a cosy ambiance. The adjacent formal dining area, capable of seating six, flows seamlessly into this space, perfect for memorable gatherings. The kitchen, with its informal dining space for four, is a culinary haven equipped with modern amenities, making meal preparation both convenient and enjoyable.  
  
The home boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its unique character. The master bedroom, adorned with a luxurious queen-sized bed, promises restful nights. The other two bedrooms, each featuring comfortable double-sized beds, offer tranquil retreats, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration.

This is a private house all to yourself and you won\`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. There is plenty of parking for vehicles, but please note there are no undercover parks available. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.  
  
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.  
  
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
