very large house will fit 18 to 20 comfortable with 9 bedrooms each room having its own large 100 cm television and bar fridge, double beds full bedding includes  
9 bedrooms each with own door for extra privacy  
close to the city and close to the beach ideally located   
large back garden with large seating area so you can enjoy your bbq area  
WiFi to the whole of the house,  
can have a weekly cleaner if needed at a small cost
