The bathroom had a used sanitary pad in between the bin and the wall and the room just wasn't clean. When I called to try and extend the booking I was told the whole place was full and I could not extend. This was fine, its a busy time in Adelaide at the moment but I looked online and there was to be plenty of rooms available to book. I didn't bother calling back as it was hard enough to communicate with the receptionist the first time; he didn't listen properly to what I was asking and he seemed to have no idea what he was doing. All carpet filthy and stained yet they make you sign a form saying you will be responsible for any marks on the carpet and pay extra to have them steam cleaned. Walls all dirty and marked. Mismatched cheap dirty furniture. Huge floor to ceiling windows you can barely see out off as theyre so dirty. Dirty shower. "Reception" on 2nd floor, minimal signage, just a random desk in the middle of this room. Very unprofessional, should have been a warning sign. There were big cracks in the sliding glass doors which let the wind whistle through all night. It was clear someone had lived here before it had been used as a "hotel".
