A especially for the disabled people. I’ve reported to the front desk staff that the was missing a hair dryer, However, the service was not considerate enough and I didn’t get a hair dryer until I check out. Went to get a cappachino using our vouchers to find out they were free as we were using the pokie room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning. Advised to park car near outside Security and not the unmanned car park. Nightcap website shows hot food/menu but Finsbury has not had food since 2020\. Not a great selection in the area, so you need to have a car. Bed was soft and comfortable and clean. But rooms are noisy from adjoining room but little pub noise. The room was stay able, there was no restaurant menu to order food from as advertised was only a bar menu, the location was in a very rough neighbourhood and we felt unsafe to stay there and we were worried about the security of our vehicle whilst parked in the car park, we put our bags in the room and went downstairs to be told we couldn’t eat there so we walked down the road to a restaurant recommended by the hotel and it was awful, when we got back we asked the staff for a refund which they advised that was beyond there delegation, spoke with Wotif and they spoke to the venue and they refused our refund so overall a disgusting experience which ruined the beginning of our holiday. ##### Bec Séjour de 1 nuit en décembre 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Ryan Voyage en famille 3 déc. 2024 Points forts : Service et personnel Points faibles : Propreté #### not good well check in was ok. the staff were good the rooms bathroom wasn't great. wash basin tape wasn't secured to the sink so tap just flops around and the hand towel had something on it that resembled human man batter, this was absolutely gross. big sign outside on wall saying bistro but they dont serve meals. then outside you have some criminal elements, people loitering around, not a safe feeling for your family. had a bloke come up to me and ask if I can sell him drugs. Friendly staff, room was very clean, easy in-out access, bed super comfy! Convenient location close to a shopping center with a cinema I stayed during the week so it wasn't noisy downstairs from the bar/pokies, only a bit noisy in the mornings with other guests coming and going as well as cleaning. The room was really hot when I arrived but that was easily fixed with A/C. We stayed in the family room at Finsbury for 1 night. received 2 drinks vouchers and complimentary bottled water in the room. Rooms are accessed through a separate door to the pub. The pub was quiet the night we stayed so we had a nice quiet night. Room was spacious and clean and staff were friendly and we had several nice conversations with the staff. Would stay again if we are back in that area in Adelaide.
