House was very clean with new good quality fittings and equipment and Bill was very accomodating to our requests. Having the additional bathroom and sofa beds made our family stay very comfortable. I understand the house will be enhanced with additional features including BBQ area and pergola, laundry and dishwasher soon to make it an even nicer stay. So close to everything too. To say that the property has premium fixtures is a lie One example a tressell table for a dining table chairs falling apart the list goes on and on I do NOT recommend this rental as it’s dirty/ cheap ikea furniture in the whole house. Communication is very poor was putting it on his cleaner Had multiple texts with bill Every single text not as answered and just fed bs about it being a million dollar property !!!!!!!!!!
