Ideal for weekend escapes, business trips, or family getaways, this stylish retreat features spacious open-plan living, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered outdoor BBQ area and secure parking. With the beach, parks and dining at your doorstep, enjoy the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.  
  
This stunning property features three inviting bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Designed for comfort and ease. Stay connected with WiFi, unwind in air-conditioned comfort and enjoy the convenience of an outdoor undercover dining area. From the moment you arrive, everything is set for a seamless and relaxing stay.  
  
Step through the front door and to your left, you’ll find the master bedroom a peaceful retreat with a plush queen bed, full-length mirror, bedside tables with warm lighting and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. A generous walk-in wardrobe offers ample storage, leading to a sleek ensuite with a shower, vanity, mirror and toilet for added privacy and convenience.  
  
Further down the hall, the kids’ bedroom awaits with two comfortable single beds, a bedside table with a soft-glowing lamp and a built-in wardrobe. Next, the third bedroom offers another queen bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan, ensuring restful nights. Each bedroom is styled with beautiful canvas artwork to add warmth and character.  
  
The heart of the home is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen space perfect for family dinners and unwinding. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic dining ware and basic cookware. Three bar stools line the kitchen counter, creating the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a casual meal. The pantry is stocked with board games for added entertainment.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
