Perfect for weekend getaways, business stays or family escapes, the home is fully furnished with ducted heating and cooling, smart TV, full laundry, and a private outdoor courtyard. The Space This stunning property houses 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area—your perfect home base in the heart of Adelaide. With fast Wi-Fi, ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, a full laundry and modern appliances, you\`ll feel instantly at ease the moment you arrive. Guests enter via the laneway, with access through a private garage or pedestrian gate. Inside you\`ll find a secure lockbox containing keys and a garage remote.
