The biggest issue was a lack of communication with a human being. If you haven’t got an Australian phone you basically can’t stay here. Despite emailing them daily and asking Expedia to ring them the best I achieved was them sending a receipt for payment. We were unable to get any reply to emails and would have been out on the street despite paying in full . Fortunately we were able to borrow a phone to contact them for the entry Cade. The cleaners are quite disrespectful slamming doors and talking very loudly before 7 30 am. I had been up all night with my daughter just got to aleep and the neighbours door gets slamned 5 plus times in a matter of minutes dobt get me wrong they are there to do a job but they need to remember the business they are working at is for ppl to lay there heads.
