An ENTIRE one bedroom unit ALL TO YOURSELF in the quiet streets just outside the hustle and bustle of lovely Goodwood Road and the city centre. This unique cosy abode provides an oasis of homeliness with an abundance of things to see and do right at your doorstep.

Welcome to Eden on Young Street. This stunning property is tucked away in the quiet streets of Wayville mere minutes from the abundance of shops, local cafes and delicious restaurants located within walking distance on Goodwood Road. A five minute drive from the city, you can also make the most of Adelaide’s must see attractions like Rundle Mall, Adelaide Oval, the Museum and Art Gallery.   
  
In Adelaide for the famous Royal Show or a Wayville Showgrounds exhibition? This one could not be better located! Here to see Adelaide Fringe, WOMAD or any number of other festivals- the city is right next door but not the noise or hustle- just the quiet calm of the indoor plant greenery, calming vibes of the gorgeous upper room stained glass windows and the sunshine of the outdoor courtyard.   
  
Upon arrival at Eden, you’ll immediately feel as though you\`re at home and ready to put your feet up. With your own private off street parking and 24 hour contactless entry, arrival could really not be more seamless.  
  
The living room is perfect for wasting the day away with a cuppa in hand and a ‘can’t put it down’ book whilst you listen to the indoor garden grow, or head on upstairs to roll out a yoga mat in the colourful light of the feature window. You are on holiday- so let’s pop on a movie in front of the television- that is of course- if you choose to stay home to enjoy it with all the location has to offer!  
  
The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including an oven, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher and plenty of wine glasses! Why not pass the day idly by just sipping a drink on the table outside with friends over a weber grilled dinner.  
  
Our master bedroom boasts sophisticated decor, side tables, luxury high loft quilts and pillows, and super soft vintage wash linen. There is hanging and shelf space for your convenience. Drift away in utter indulgence amongst super soft pillows and cushions.  
  
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity. Enjoy the provisions of hair and body care amenities on us.  
  
There is a washing machine and car parking available at the property for your convenience.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.  
  
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
