It boasts a furnished kitchen, comfortable queen beds, and a stunning balcony with a beach overlook. Located near Semaphore Road, the historic Semaphore Jetty, and the Waterslide Complex, a memorable South Australian getaway awaits you. The Space Uncover an expansive property featuring five inviting bedrooms, two commodious bathrooms and a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Offering Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a functional laundry, you can simply arrive and enjoy without a worry. As you step through the entrance, a long hallway draws you into the heart of the home. Nestled along this corridor, three cosy bedrooms with plush queen beds and built-in robes promise restful nights and serene mornings. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated.
