The staff are fabulous. Stayed twice here and will again. The housekeepers are so cheery and lovely, the bar staff and reception are just as great. Kyla has assisted twice with check-in and has been a gem! Super clean rooms, well stocked and can't fault this place! Theres a reason its Award Winning and imo, well deserved.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Arkaba. It was a quick trip, only two nights, but we found everything to be of high quality. The room was spotless amenities excellent including toiletries. Room water, potato chips, and 2 tim tams replenished daily if they had been used. Staff were courteous and helpful nothing was to much trouble. Vending machine on 2 nd floor great for a snack or drink. Shopping centre across the road for all your needs. Great place to stay.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when we turned up. Have to say it was top notch. The beds so comfy, the shower excellent. Staff were all really attentive and the food (we had breakfast and dinner) really fantastic (and multiple options). On top of that the bar, live music, sports bar and location to easily get the bus in to the city were all a wonderful experience Thank you
