Santa Maria 125 - One Bed is an exquisite apartment located on the 3rd floor, easily accessible via a lift. Its prime feature is the delightful double balcony, offering captivating views of the sea and the pool. The balcony is tastefully furnished with a patio table, chairs, a sun lounger, a sun umbrella, and a recliner chair, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor experience. To provide shade on sunny days, a convenient sun awning is also available.  
  
As you enter the apartment through the patio doors, you'll find a cozy lounge adorned with an inviting L-shaped sofa bed, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV equipped with a wide range of English and international satellite channels.
