The apartment “Mar Azul Del Sur” is located on the 9th floor of a modern apartment complex in Marazul on the island of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and boasts a wonderful view of the sea. The stylish property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a washing machine. Furthermore, the charming property boasts a private, furnished terrace where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you overlook the glistening sea. The complex also offers a shared outdoor area with a pool (open all year round) as well as an outdoor shower. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers with a good book and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. In the evening, watch the sun disappear behind the horizon from your terrace. The closest bar is located just a 2-minute walk away (160 m) while the nearest restaurant is just 7-minute walk away (550 m). In 2 minutes on foot you will reach the supermarket (200 m). Playa de Ricasa beach is just 1.5 km from the apartment and can be reached on foot in 18 minutes. Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun and swim in the deep blue sea.

#### Beautiful flat with an amazin view

Pros: -Beautiful place -Clean -Wonderful view from the balcony -Part of a hotel, with amazing pool area, supermarket, bar, restaurant, shops as part of the hotel -Friendly host Cons: -no beach nearby / reachable by feet - nothing reachable by feet (no supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants outside of the Hotel); closest 7 min by car -fridge freezes like freezer on the lowest switch -there where days of very loud noises in the flat because of reconstruction of the neighbour flat - answering time of the host mostly 24h+, sometimes not at all
