This luxurious Canarian style villa is locate in the center of the village of Adeje, but at the same time in a very quiet area. Many bars, restaurants and supermarkets are just a 5 minute walk away, so you do not necessarily need a rental car. The house offers everything you could wish for a relaxing vacation. A pool area with sun loungers, chairs and a table set all invite you to relax and unwind. In addition, there is a barbecue area, a romantic seating area, a swing with a view of the Atlantic and several other seating areas. The house is very spacious and comfortable, tastefully furnished and decorated. As soon as you enter, you will notice the imposing ceiling with wooden beams. The living/dining room has a Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace and even a small museum of Canarian clay pottery in a closed display case. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living room space. The first floor also has two bedrooms, each with 1.80 m wide double beds and a huge bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. An elegant staircase leads to the upper floor with wooden floors, where you will find the spacious master bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, a reading corner, a small Canarian balcony with mountain views and another terrace with 2 sunbeds. The dressing room is attached and leads to the bathroom with whirlpool tub. In the immediate vicinity of the property you will find a variety of excursion options for all tastes. In just 10-15 minutes by car you can find dream beaches in Costa Adeje, the famous water park Siam Park, large shopping malls for shopping, etc. There are numerous routes for nature lovers and hikers, and you can even start directly from the house to the Barranco del Infierno. The villa is ideal for individual travelers or families who wish to relax from everyday life in the always sunny south of Tenerife.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
