### Villa Pozzillo with private pool - My Rental Homes

Villa Pozzillo is a luxury property for rent in Sicily facing the crystalline Ionian Sea with direct access to the water by a private walkway that facilitates access to the sea, which is in operation from mid-June to mid-September. The property is also close to the town where guest will have all facilities.  
This location is perfect for those clients looking for a relaxing vacation front sea, however day trips to some of most attractive locations for this part of Sicily are very easy, The Vulcan Enta with its hiking walking path is just few km away, other destination like Taormina, Catania, Siracusa are also easy to reach by car.  
  
Villa Pozzillo has a large private garden of 2000 square meters, which ends to the rocky beach in front of the villa. There is a private swimming pool of 6.50x13 mt. depth from 0.20 to 1.35 mt. there is a pool house with dressing room and bathroom with shower. the pool is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas for shade. Is also present a Barbeque and a covered patio with table and Charis for al fresco meals.  
  
The interiors of the villa develop in two floors and is over 300 square meters. Ground floor the entrance leads to the large living room equipped with sofas and TV LCD, there is a dining room which opens to the garden facing the pool, and a fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with Wc and sink, one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and a laundry room with a wash and dryer. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.  
The villa is fully air conditioned, there is internet wifi, private parking, safe, dishwasher, nespresso machine, American coffee maker, microwave.

Neighborhood and distance:  
The villa is just 1 km from the town of Pozzillo where guests can find services such as restaurants, bar etc; a larger town, Acireale is 9 km and has more services; it is located front sea with direct private access to the water. Catania is 30 km away and is either Airport, Port or train station, Taormina 34 km; Siracusa 98 km; Palermo 270 km.  
  
Rental rules  
Minimum 7 nights changeover flexible  
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.  
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).  
A security deposit of 2000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
