### Great view and close to the sea

Located in a central position between the towns of Aci Castello and Aci Trezza. Both can be reached in a few minutes walking.   
Great view in a quiet location, with private car parking space in the condominium.  
Really close to the sea and from the restaurants, bars and pubs of Acitrezza and AciCastello, but at the same time away from the congestion of the village center. Large panoramic terrace and a 100 sqm roof top private solarium.

Ottima sistemazione con parcheggio vicino ad acicastello e acitrezza raggiungibili in 10 min a piedi. Unico neo è la pendenza della salita x arrivarci, che a piedi si fa sentire, ma ti aiuta a mantenerti in forma, daltronde da li si gode di una vista spettacolare!
