Casa teO is a lovely apartment with garden, facing the sea, located on the first floor of a house from the early 1900s. The house has a large living-dining area, with a well-equipped kitchen, which overlooks the garden with a wonderful panorama, a double bedroom with bathroom and another living area with two sofa beds and an additional bathroom. . Private parking and private access to the sea which leads to the Scardamiano promenade of Aci Castello where there are small bathing establishments where you can practice various water sports.
The center of Acitrezza can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes.

bel endroit

Très belle maison d'une propreté impeccable , décorée avec gout et avec des matériaux de qualité par un propriété architecte et très disponible. la maison est climatisée ce qui est important en été car il fait très chaud et le cadre est exceptionnel avec sa vue sur la mer.

We loved this stay and wished we had stayed longer. Giuseppe is a wonderful host. He communicated well and provided great information. There was a large bowl of assorted fresh fruit waiting for us when we arrived,The unit is furnished mid-century modern with Italian furniture. We loved the design. The unit has everything one would need. It is well situated between two towns with many dining options within easy walking distance. We loved taking evening walks along the sea side towards the Norman castle. You can climb to the top of the castle and watch the evening sun set. Marvellous.Thank you Giuseppe!

Super Aufenthalt

Unsere Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Aci Trezza war einfach fantastisch. Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders genossen haben wir die Abende auf der Terrasse mit Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund. Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein idealer Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub an der sizilianischen Küste! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely Apartment

Teo is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment half way between Aci Trezza and Aci Castello, both of which offer a variety of places to eat and drink. Both are within easy walking distance. The apartment has a great little garden and sea views. Plenty of shade too which was appreciated in 37 degrees. There is a little road noise but it did not bother us. There is private, locked, off road parking and you can also park on the adjacent side road to which there is a separate access gate. The sea front is a couple of minutes walk away along a private path, access to the sea is a little challenging as the coast here is volcanic boulders but the snorkeling made it well worthwhile. Giuseppe is very friendly and helpful with loads of local advice and information. Fresh fruit, coffee, milk and water is provided. Overall we had a great stay with no problems to report and would recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of exploring this part of Sicily.

Casa TeO - ein Zuhause am Meer

Wunderbare, moderne Wohnung mit privatem Garten und Meerblick. Ein architektonisch wohl durchdachter Rückzugsort, eine grüne Oase - ein Platz, der auf den ersten Blick zeigt: Hier werde ich mich den ganzen Urlaub wie Zuhause fühlen. Die charmante Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt bis hin zum abendlichen Licht-Design keine Wünsche für Behaglichkeit offen. Tagsüber laden die Gartenmöbel zum Chillen ein. Empfangen wird man von einem sehr sympathischen und angenehmen Gastgeber, der gerne auch Tipps für Ziele in der Umgebung weitergibt. Herzlichen Dank!

Esser più in ferie in casa che fuori casa

Splendida abitazione, arredata con gusto e funzionalià. Giardino perfetto. Nonostante la prossimità di una strada molto trafficata, all'interno non si è sentito un rumore. Il proprietario gentile e premuroso. Da tornarci, magari d'inverno.

Designer Dream House

First, Giuseppe, could not have been more thoughtful and accommodating. Fresh fruit and flowers awaited us. The house and garden were designed by Giuseppe and every detail was thoughtfully designed. I would recommend to anyone and would love to return.

Bellissima vacanza in casa di design

Casa TeO si trova in una posizione strategica di fronte al mare: a piedi si possono raggiungere Aci Trezza e Aci Castello, mentre Catania è raggiungibile in auto in una ventina di minuti. Nonostante l’affaccio su una strada piuttosto trafficata l’abitazione risulta molto silenziosa. Il giardino è ampio e curatissimo, la è casa spaziosa, arredata con gusto e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari ad una permanenza rilassante. Giuseppe si è rivelato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissima!

We loved it!

We had an absolute brilliant Holiday at Guiseppe‘s place. The Apartment is simply stunning. Very nicely done and everything to live in it is there. Getting up in the morning with the ocean view is incredible. After seeing the photos we had high expectations but the reality was even better. Everything that is advertised is there and fully functioning. We were welcomed by Sabrina and Guiseppe when we arrived. They walked us through the house showed us all utilities and even walked us to the seaside which is 3 min to walk. As a small welcome they had decorated the house with fresh flowers and a basket of delicious fruits. The entire trip Guiseppe has been a great and very helpful host. He even invited us for a drink in a club near by. Next to the amazing apartment with great views there is a small village with nice restaurants in proximity of the Appartement (10min Walk). We rented a car to explore the island which we could safely park right in front of the house. Sabrina and Guiseppe thanks for letting us stay and being great hosts. Nothing Short of Spectacular

This elegant and comfortable residence was recently renovated by the architect owner. His professional expertise is evidenced by both the design and furnishings. Everything from the top of the line appliance selection including a washing machine to the well thought out cabinet and storage space was perfect. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that line the main living area lead to a meticulously maintained lawn and garden area. The sea is clearly visible from this main living area, and the property has a semi private gated path to the Ionian Sea. There is secure and ample parking. The property is quite private, even secluded, but within easy walking distance of fine restaurants and activities. Our host Giuseppe was a delight. He was quite knowledgeable about the area, punctual, accommodating and was very helpful in all respects. We had a beautiful experience and hope to return.

La casa di Giuseppe è semplicemente stupenda Oltre alla posizione fronte mare ( lido dei ciclopi) la casa è arredata con grande gusto ed è dotata di ogni comfort dentro e fuori con ombrelloni sdraio e barbecue All'interno persino i prodotti come bagno doccia shampoo creme erano naturali e di ottima qualità forniti da Sa di Sapone bottega artigianale L'unico problema per noi è stato dover partire e lasciare questo piccolo angolo di pace e bellezza Lo consigliamo vivamente!
