There is also a large family bathroom with overhead shower and big bathtub. The open plan kitchen dining room features a huge picture window, looking out over Loch Coulin and across the moors to Beinn Eighe. Curl up in front of the wood burning stove in the living room or lounge in one of the many window seats situated throughout the property and take in the views. The cottage is situated on the banks of Loch Coulin which also leads to Loch Clair, with level walks along the shorelines. You may bump into the occasional walker, but it's more likely you will spot some of the local wildlife. Coulin Estate is home to a resident golden eagle, otters, highland ponies, deer and some incredibly rare black throated divers to name just a few. Peace and quiet are in serious supply here as the house is set well off the beaten track. You'll need a substantial car or 4x4 to get to the property, (see photos for images of the track). The owners welcome visitors to explore the walking trials, lochs and hills, making this the perfect property for mountain bikers, hill walkers, outdoor enthusiasts and families looking to spend some quality time in the great outdoors.
