(714 reviews) This was my 3rd time booking an apartment at the Embassy Gardens. I have to say, this time I am a bit disappointed: 1- Check-in takes way too long!! Whoever was supposed to welcome us and show us to our apartment came after a 30 minutes wait. 2-Once inside the apartment, although it seemed clean, there was a constant moldy smell. The ceiling throughout the apartment had small mold stains, suggesting there had been water damaged from the apartment above in the past. That’s a problem. 3-The receptionist registered the wrong apartment number under my name, which caused my car to systematically be unable to access the underground parking. I expected more professionalism for the price I paid.
