"Very good food. Can be tough getting reservations for dinner. Some rooms don’t have beach access due to rocks. Not a ton of night entertainment. Very clean. Friendly staff. Easy checkin. Able to get taxi easily when leaving. "

The serversans chefs were very helpful and gave good recommendations.🙂 EVERYONE on staff was so welcoming friendly, helpful and professional. Special shout to Chris and Carlo/Carlos at Fresco. Arun at Sole poolside. Also Anouk, the fitness instructor! The spa was wonderful. Shout outs to Alyssa, Johanna, and Layda. Loved the boat taxi and island. Reallt, loved it all. Nothing negative. "

"For an all-inclusive resort, the food was lacking. The main restaurant that services breakfast lunch and dinner had minimal options and it was not self service for the most part.. having been to many all-inclusive resorts with buffet restaurants I can say this one did not meet my expectations at all. Aside from the food being tasteless, the time it took for you to get your meal because you had to order it just did not seem efficient. The service was subpar at best. I found that the staff didn’t cater to all guest. You had to get your own soda, your own coffee. The restaurants located on the property were impossible to get a reservation for. Well, I did my best to eat off of the resort there were times where I just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat and nothing looked appetizing nor was it satisfying."

"The room was extremely small. The bed took up the bulk of the room leaving very little walking space around it. Opening my one large suitcase took up all the space between the bed and the door. The walls were dirty. There was a mark on the pillowcase such that I was unsure if it were a stain or if it was not clean (covered it with a clean towel). The TV only provided service for a short time. The evening staff was nice. The lobby and eating area were decorated and neat. Not located in a tourist area."

"Great, clean, new property with helpful staff. Near the airport in relatively quiet place, but if you like always active lifestyle, this property is about 4/5 km away from the main activity area. You will either need a car or need to take taxi to all events. Nice small pool. We like bit of quiet place after a day full of activity so this was perfect for us. We would definitely recommend it to others. "
