Idyllic 18th century cottage originally built to house the chefs of the grand Taymouth castle estate in the heart of the famous historic village of Kenmore, with stunning views over Loch Tay the cottage is perfectly situated for hiking mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking and many other activities that are situated a stones throw from the property. Whether it’s a weekend of sport or relaxing with a glass of wine in this stunning part of the Scottish highlands, it will make for a fabulous time. Located in Kenmore, just an 11-minute walk from The Scottish Crannog Centre, Chefs cottage provides beachfront accommodations with a garden, barbecue facilities, a terrace and free WiFi. Guests have a private balcony. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and 2 bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer. The house is seriously geared towards social interaction with the superb large kitchen / dining area located down a few stairs from the comfortable sitting room allowing for flowing ambience. The house is spacious, comfortable and homely. In fact one family member arrived for a visit and was so struck with the place they announced they wanted to move in!
