Third time stayed in this hotel. It is centrally situated and although surrounded by lots of pubs and nightlife in Belmont Street, no noise was heard at all in my room. Friendly, helpful staff check-in and out. I was able to leave my small case in a locked room in bar to go Christmas shopping. Room immaculately clean, lovely Scottish bottles of hand soap, hair/body wash and conditioner. I will definitely stay here again

Great location, room immaculate, great air con as I was in room 8 which is down several floors and so hot when I arrived. Was braw and cool very quickly. Check in and check out staff really lovely. Can remotely check out, leaving door cards but I went into the bar to check out, as they let you leave your luggage; which is fab as I went shopping. Have a further 2 stays booked here. Highly recommend.

The property was fine, a great value for the money. But it is not a good option for folks with disabilities. Many steps and no elevator. The staff was great. Would work best for backpacking or college adults. Everything was within walking distance.

Staff were really helpfull and welcoming on arrival. Size of the room was fine for what we booked for but the cleanliness was an issue there were hairs in the bath and toilet which is a shame as the bath is a good sized jacuzzi bath. For the location which is central the noise wasnt an issur from the bar upstairs but it was midweek. The beds have to be the worst out of the whole stay rock hard old matress with a thin matress topper on top

Price worthy hotel with great location

Surprisingly good. Good location and friendly staff. Might take a few minutes to get help from the staff since they also work in the restaurant/bar in the same house. Very small parking, although free behind the hotel. If you stay here remember to close the window as you otherwise might wake from some rowdy drunks outside. But if windows are shut you'll be fine!
