Property was clean and well stocked with toilet paper, towels and such. Furniture is old but comfortable though queen bed was rather small, more like full size. Larger than we were expecting. Windows faced east and north, so really no ocean view. Only con: listing stated 2 bedroom that sleeps 4 for said price but we were charged extra $10 a night for each of our 2 kids (extra $40). Total price for 4 should be listed.

New matresses wouldnt hurt
Very clean but the furniture appears to be thrift store finds and the mattresses are very uncomfortable/worn out. Nice place otherwise.

Private. Quiet. Small and cozy. Clean. Perfect! We will stay here again! Could use a new kitchen sponge for every guest and a few personal touches like a couple books or a board game but we loved this place!

Good enough
Was disappointed in the lack of air flow upon arrival was extremely hot. The TV needed replacing. The back door could use a screen. Would have been nice to have furniture to sit on while on patio. Not really worth the price.
