Le bâti est fonctionnel et pourrait être agréable ms :- l'ameublement est minimaliste et de mauvaise qualité sans aucune authenticité ni personnalité (chaises inconfortables, aucune place pour ranger les courses, aucun meuble dans la salle de bain, pas de cintres ds la penderie..- la cuisine est réduite à une taque, un évier, un lave vaisselle et 50cm de plan de travail- très peu de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine : pas de couteau de cuisine, pas de bol, pas de verre a vins, pas de grille-pain...- électroménager vétuste, le pire étant le frigo : porte de congélateur manquante, pas de dessus pour le bac à légumes...- la piscine était sale a notre arrivée. Après un message envoyé, il semble qu'elle ait été plus entretenue...- communication absente : aucune réponse reçue suite a un msg envoyé- douche vieillissante et pas très propre - aucun aménagement paysagé : très peu de plantations et les existantes ne sont pas entretenues, la vue de la terrasse est cachée par un arbre (la photo de l'annonce n'est pas correcte)- les nuits n'étaient pas de tout repos : pas d'air co, nous dormions avec la fenêtre ouverte chambre éclairée par le lampadaire juste devant la fenêtre bruit de la route très proche chiens qui hurlent une bonne partie de la nuit...Il y a quelques points positifs :- parking facile- lit confortable - piscine agréable (qd elle est propre !)- appartement spacieux Bref, on ne recommande pas du tout ! ##### Ingrid R.
