Stayed for a night on my birthday. A little disappointed with not even a birthday wish despite informing the hotel months earlier when I booked our room. However, the sumptuous keiseki dinner and friendly staff made me feel better. Would be great if there was more time to savour each dish. Our Japanese styled room with twin beds was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a nice view of the lake. There was no elevator but we had no problem as we left our big luggage in our car and took only what we needed to our 3rd floor room. There is a small indoor onsen.
