Perfect Hotel

Fantastic hotel filled with charm and history! Very pleasant staff, that make every effort to be helpful and polite. Great breakfast with quality products and very nice surroundings. Location is perfect in what I feel is the best area of Århus for shopping, eating and a night out. Top tip: Park cheap (for Århus) at NAVITAS underground parking.

Love the hotel which I have visited for 30y...but for the first time ever ended up in a small cabin!!!! Even with the Gold card where you normally /should have an upgrade...

Disappointing again!

This amazing hotel in Århus which I have used for 30y still struggling with optimal set up after new ownership has taken over! For the second time in 2025 offering me a 1/2 bottle wine when the VIP/Gold have 1 bottle on the program, the rest/closed on a Wednesday (had business meeting and lucky to find chairs/table), could not enter the hotel after midnight and had to get support from the casino next door to enter. Finally, my business partner forgot his cap and today I have spend 35 EUR (they charge!) for shipping it from Århus to Herning! On the positive side the breakfast is definitely worth going for.

Det var ikke godt på mange områder

Det her hotel er en stor joke. Dårlig service. Kl 22:15 da jeg kom tilbage efter at have spist måtte vi vente 11 minutter før e. Receptionist kom. Vi fik at vide receptionen var bemandet. Det er et kæmpe sikkerhedsbrud at man kan vade ind til en tom reception hvor den absolut inkompetente receptionist ikke var der samt hvor alle kunne bare tage en nøgle og gå op på et hvilet som helst værelse. Da jeg ringede til vagttelefonen blev den ikke taget før 3. Gang. Det er er skamplet af et hotel for det ellers gode buehlmann navn. Jeg er faktisk målløs over hvor uprofessionel receptionisten på posten tor og fre 14-15 maj var. Badeværelset var ikke rengjort. Afløbet helt tilstoppet som de tit er på royal og sølvfisk på badeværelset. Udover det mangler der Moderne teknologi som ubs stik, stikkontakter og muligheden for at kunne arbejde på værelserne. Royal kunne lære meget af deres venner på Pier 5 i Aalborg. Det her var latterligt.

Fantastisk

Fantastisk lækkert hotel med god beliggenhed centralt i Aarhus. Værelset (323) var meget lille med reference til at et Deluxe Dobbeltværelse skulle være ca. 30 m2 i gennemsnit - dette mindede mere om et enkeltværelse med en dobbeltseng. Vi skulle to gange bede om at få håndklæder/vaskeklude til to personer, da vi kun havde ét lille håndklæde og vaskeklud efter rengøring af værelset - derfor undrede vi os over om vi måske var blevet placeret på et enkeltværelse i stedet for på et dobbeltværelse… Der ligger plastikaffald og er meget beskidt bagved sengebordene, så rengøringen kunne måske godt være lidt mere grundig - i hvert fald imellem gæsterne. Men når det er sagt, så var det et super dejligt ophold og det er et hotel med en fed stemning og placering. Morgenmaden var super lækker og med god betjening.

Værelset var udemærket, men meget småt. Sengen var den mindste dobbeltseng vi nogensinde er blevet præsenteret for på et godt hotel. Den var for smal!

Dejligt ophold i Århus

Par-weekend i Århus. Perfekt lokation, helt centralt i gåafstand til alle byens muligheder. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Skønt værelse. Morgenmadsbuffeten leverer alt det forventelige og er indbydende - dog er lokalet lidt trangt. Vi kommer gerne igen!
