Every thing from the staff to cleaning of the property was excellent,

A very pleasant hotel with friendly helpful staff. I only stayed one night but a very warm place to stay in the city.

I was on the 19th floor suite (1907). It rained most of my stay there and the room was litterally leaking with water from the rain. I contacted staff and they ame to mop it up ans placed bucket under the leaking area. The wooden floor had air bubble undernathe and would making a creaking noise with every step. My overall stay was decent, minus the leak and flooring, but I would not book at this location again.
