« The staff was amazing and the housekeeping was really good about coming to clean. However, the condition of the hotel was absolutely horrible and absolutely nothing like the pictures described the toilet made a loud sound throughout the whole night. The room was super dusty and outdated. The phone didn’t work in the room. The TV also was very outdated. »

« First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....

« Large unit, very clean. Too many email and texts with info on check in and all codes needed to get in building and room. Was confusing and took a day to figure out (but only there basically 2 nights and 1 day). Be careful if you have a lifted vehicle. I called ahead to see if there was going to be a problem parking (I have a 6” lift on my truck). Nobody could tell me. Maintenance arrived and was unable to solve the leak, so they just put a bucket underneath it. After calling the support line, they were unable to relocate us to another apartment.
