"A nice hotel with good amenities. Clean and everything in good working order throughout the hotel. Room on 9th floor with city view, food at hotel was good and reception staff prompt and polite. I did find it odd that on the two occasions I went to the bar no one was around, despite waiting a few minutes no one showed. So I opted for drinks outside the hotel. But would stay again and would recommend."

"Perfect location for visiting cinque terre, 5 mins walk to the station and 5 mins walk to the main town of spezia. Friendly staff and helpful reception. Only snag is the breakfast, 1st was excellent but 2nd and 3rd deteriorated. Not sure if you just need to be early to get the good stuff or something."

"si lo que necesitan es estar cerca de una estación de tren Principe el hotel esta bien. Nosotros utilizamos mucho la estación para ir a Portofino y Turin. No esta en el centro. Es limpio, buena habitación buen baño, buena atención y excelente desayuno. "

"We enjoyed our stay but it is on the hill above Levanto so the shuttle was helpful. Good breakfast- dinner varied . Good restaurants in town "

"Overall, the hotel was very good. It is located far from the historic center, but it is easy to get around by public transportation. The breakfast buffet should change a bit between days, as it gets boring after eating the same thing for several days."

"This resort was absolutely beautiful! A five minute drive from the beach!!! Only problem we had was our AC but they tried to fix it. Was really nice.. Pool Activites and all! Would go back again "

"This was a great stay near the airport and cruise port. Booked a queen and two bunk beds room for 3 adults for one night. The staff was friendly and the restaurant food was good. There is also restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walking distance. I would stay here again. No complaints."
