"Staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially reception staff. Barely had to wait during check-in process. The lobby of this hotel always smells so nice, I feel so welcomed as soon as I walk in. Room was clean and provided amenities are appreciated. I've stayed at this hotel previously, because I knew that it was a very close walk to the DC metro as well as having a lot of restaurants and shops within the area. I hope to be able to stay here again during another trip to DC."
