"Very friendly staff. We had a suite, which was a great layout and a good amount of space. Rooms themselves were a bit tired and could use updating. Great location across the street from AT&T Center and an easy walk to Kay Bailey Convention Center. Note that there are a significant amount of homeless people in the area. "

"This hotel is really nice but we’ve stayed here a handful of times. Every time we have stayed and prepaid with hotels.com. They tell us it’s overbooked and they try to move us from a king room to 2 full size beds. My husband is 6’3 and can’t possibly sleep in a full size bed. I just wish you get what you pay for. I hate I have to even tell them no we do not want to stay in a room type we didn’t book. Especially for how expensive it is. It’s not good guest service. Everything else is great, the...

"I love how centrally located the hotel is to dining and shopping. I also loved the scent of the hotel. They offer complimentary coffee in the morning. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is roomy. It was very quiet in the room as well. Would definitely stay again my next trip to Dallas."
