« only one of three elevators work for the entire time and the one that did work was generally unavailable and very time-consuming so I ended up taking the stairs more than 50% of the time which can be very difficult after a major surgery or based on other conditions. The staff was very nice. But of course they could do nothing about it. »

« Room bathrooms need a complete remodel. Mold, biofilms and uncleanable surfaces in all rooms. Staff took me around to find one that was better than the others. I would have moved hotels but others were sold out. The place has potential, but needs a remodel. »

« The Kimpton was the perfect anniversary! We started with aptly named drinks at the Hotel Immortale (Holiday Hut) giving off haunted hotel vibes. Hanging at the beautiful Cottonwood Room was vibrant and swanky. Dinner at The Committee Chophouse served up A+ service and perfectly cooked steaks and scallops followed by a decadent crème brûlée! We retired to our gorgeous room with stunning views! Every moment was met with positive staff who worked to make our night magical! »
