The very next day, the entire receptionist area behind her was full of luggage they were holding for other guests. The luggage was still there on Monday when I checked out. Despite the hours of operation sign next to the 10th floor diner saying otherwise, I came to discover the diner was closed on Sundays and Mondays. However, I saw guests eating there Monday. Between the receptionist lying to my face about the ability to hold luggage and the mixed information about the diner, I had an aggravating experience."
