"Simple no frills accomodation"
Quick simple check in/out process. Very friendly staff. A small kitchenette with simple utensils, crockery, microwave and a rice cooker provided. A laundromat conveniently located within the hotel. Lots of restaurants nearby. A nice bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Just a few stations away from Dotombori and Umeda area. No house keeping during your stay. Happy :)

"Central and renovated hotel in Namba"
We stayed at the Namba Oriental for 5 nights. We were given a room on the 8th floor, which had been finished being renovated two days earlier. Very large room for Japan standards (it had a couch which had a sofa bed underneath) and a King bed. Bathroom is small, normal by Japan standards. Room had a NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine with 3 pods provided daily. Very pleased with the room. Free wifi which was good speed, minimal drop-outs. We did not eat at the hotel or use any other amenities.First up, it can be a little difficult to find without a printed map, particularly coming out of the subway as there is several exits, but after the first go, you'll find it like a pro. Fantastic location with plenty of eating options around and shops everywhere. Lawson's was next door, as was McDonalds. Subway/metro etc entry's/exits were close for the 3 Namba stations to access other areas of Osaka. Short walk to Dōtonbori area with more food and shopping options. Grab a location map from reception as this shows uncommon items like a coin laundry - we went through a few over the 5 days as we referred to it extensively! On our next trip to Osaka, we will definitely stay here again.

"Location is very good, hotel itself is okay."
I arrived early, and was sick so I inquired about early check-in. Cost would have been about $60. So, I rejected the offer and asked instead if there was somewhere I could change into my business clothes. They did not have anywhere for me to do this. Finally the lady who was helping me "found" a deal that allowed me to upgrade to a better room and check in early for just $30. So, I accepted. I cannot imagine how bad the other room would have been like since this upgrade room was pretty standard, really. Bed was TERRIBLE. So hard and uncomfortable. I asked if they have any padding to put on the mattress, but they did not. Location was great, however. And, since the Hilton is so expensive, I would probably choose this hotel again over some of the other less expensive options in the area. But, I would be sure to get the better room - and maybe request a soft bed if that is at all possible.

Fine Garden Toyonaka Osaka Interntl Airport - Adults Only

3-2-5 Minowa, Toyonaka - Map
The hotel is close to Osaka International Airport, but quite far away from KIX airport. Took a taxi from KIX airport to the hotel costs about 22,000 yen. The hotel offers breakfast options. This is not a buffet. People need to order food/drink (some options do not include drink) in front desk for breakfast delivery time. Hotel Staff will deliver breakfast to a box inside the room for pick-up. I like the club sandwiches the most. Hotel staffs do not communicate well in English. Good communication between hotel staffs and tourists are important, travelling to and from airports and railway station. The hotel is nearby a train station (15 minutes walk). Hotel may need to provide directions for walking to the station and back from station to hotel. The room has a remote control for air conditioner or warmer (not centralized system), can adjust to comfortable temperature. The hotel room uses a real key. Need to drop off the key in front desk when we leave the hotel, and pick up the key (order breakfast) when we return to the hotel. The room is spacious with many facilities (especially bathroom facilities), massage chair, a casino like slot machine, mics for karaoke, a dvd player and a projector to the wall.

"so far so good ! is all okay ."
This is a so far so good hotel. Although the hotel is similar near the train station, the station is too large and you need to spend more time to arrive the hotel.

Decent, small hotel but a bit out of the convenient locations and extremely small rooms. Beds were comfortable.
