This information was not included on the description or pricing. I’ve gone to Gatlinburg for 40+ years and this is the first time I’ve been charged for parking at an establishment I was staying at. "Room was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities including free popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh and hot items to choose from. The only area that could use some TLC was the bathroom in our room. Caulking needed to be redone, the shower door didn't stay closed, plus the door handle of the shower was coming off. But the rainfall showerhead was a nice bonus. Overall, excellent hotel that we would definitely stay at again. "

"This was a great property for families. My grandchildren had a great time and we coordinated with the RV park. I think for the price of the room, breakfast should definitely be included. We went out on our second morning to a regular restaurant for the same price! I was disappointed by the room location, for which I paid extra. I booked a balcony overlooking the pool and was put in a handicapped room overlooking the fake water tower in front. The room was very spacious and I had two of my grandchildren with me so I didn’t put up a fuss. "
