Did online check-in so didn't actually meet any staff, but had everything I needed and the location was perfect for my needs. "I do not recommend staying here. Our room was extremely loud. There is a restaurant right outside the hotel that’s open till 1am and all of the noise from people eating outside comes up into the room. Then when the restaurant finally closes at 1am, you get the noise of them cleaning up the restaurant so you hear chairs and tables dragging and dishes clanking. We asked to switch rooms and were told there were none available. I don’t recommend getting the breakfast, it was not edible in my opinion. We skipped it the second morning despite having already paid for it. The toilet kept breaking and the bed linens really need to be updated. Overall a poor experience and I’m disappointed in this hotel. So disappointed that I’m figuring out if there’s a way to get a refund because this felt like a con to me."
