"We stayed here a couple of years ago because it was very close to my family and to the town. Then, the hotel was a standard budget hotel--nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable with a decent breakfast. This trip we found that the hotel was considerably run down. The lobby ceiling had peeling paint and bare wood patches, the towels were threadbare and frayed, the pillows were lump and depleted, and the carpet felt dirty. "Arrived to unattended front desk where there was a phone to dial 0 for help. Waited 10 minutes for last to arrive to check us in. Check in was an additional 15 minutes. The sliding door in our room, opened from the outside and does not lock. Breakfast offering was 2 varieties of cereal and a half gallon of 3 day expired milk in the refrigerator. The ice machine gave 1 cube of ice but failed to dispense any more. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had."
