« Hotel très simple, bien situé au cœur de la région des Catskills; malheureusement vous pouvez faire les demandes que vous voulez, même par écrit, c'est pas sûr que vous les ayez: j'ai demandé une chambre à l'étage (il n'y en a qu'un), mais n'ai pas pu l'obtenir, malgré mes e'mails répétés.
