"This place was an absolute disaster. The room smelled musty and the refrigerator didn’t work. They gave you a little teeny bar of soap and nothing else to wash yourself off with. The outside of the building is nasty and it’s in a terrible area that doesn’t seem very safe. Stay away, you’ve been warned!"

I tried multiple times to call the front desk, but always got a busy signal. In order to report these I had to walk over to the office in a different building.
