"Pasamos una semana tremenda en el apartamento en Santiago. Estaba bien ubicada, en la zona peatonal y cerca de la Catedral, el Mercado Abastos, los restaurantes, etc. El apartamento lo tenía todo; toallas, sábanas, detergente, champú, jabón, lavadora, café, etc. Estábamos muy cómodos y contentos durante la semana. Lo único que nos molestaba un poco fue el ruido en la calle a las tres de la madrugada."

"Sorry to write negative things especially after the reception ladies were so good. The hotel was misleadingly advertised. We booked to be stay in this hotel with a Park View and with a balcony to sit and view the park. This is not true. There is a balcony but it was less than half a meter in depth so you could not stand or sit on it. You would not have wanted to either as it was right on a narrow, busy road with a view of a tall untidy hedge and no park. The park is at least 200 meters away up...
