Wonderful Retreat
Beautiful home...well appointed, on the water with a pool. We were able to bring our pups and they enjoyed the lovely grounds. It was everything we wanted for a family retreat.

Waterfront Getaway
Disappointed in some maintenance issues. There was no gas for the grill, the ice maker didn’t work in the refrigerator, the master bedroom sheets needed to be replaced. We were told to take care of those issues and we would be reimbursed. Its been over a month and we have not seen anything of the 57.00 dollars we were owed. Also when we arrived the disposal in the kitchen did not work because someone previously has plugged it. We were unable to use the sink for a few days until the plumber fixed it.

Lovely Home Cold Pool
Great house on a canal with a pool. The pool is not heated unless you request it at an upcharge. If you want it heated, make your request a few days in advance, it takes 72 hours to heat up. The house was very clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The four TV's were state of the art and the internet was flawless. There is a spare room off the dining room which was a bonus. There were plenty of linens and towels. TP (beside what was on the roller), paper towels, garbage bags, and laundry detergent were not provided but Publix and CVS are close by. The pictures do not lie. It really is that nice!

Waterfront Oasis
House is really nice. Quiet neighborhood. Really great landscaping. Pool needs work. Pool screen needs work. Need pest control. Kitchen too many ants.

Everything was great, very clean house, the only issue was that the lanai had a few rips in it but since it’s not bug season it really didn’t matter.

Great house close to downtown punta gorda
