« The property was clean and as advertised. Donna was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very short walk to the beach- approx. 3 min. This was the perfect little place for our weekend getaway. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend. »

« We enjoyed our stay it was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There are lots of steps to get into building and up to the bedroom they are a bit steep! Not a place for anyone that cannot use steps. Only issue I had was one of the beds are squeaky so it woke me up constantly and neither mattress was very comfortable for me, but I have back issues and it only effected me not my partner, he slept just fine! « The condo was well appointed and clean. Great location with a good seafood restaurant a block away. The owner was very quick to respond when we contacted him. My only suggestion would be the mattress in the guest room was in need of replacing. It was a nice mattress but had met its life expectancy. If I visit Pensacola Beach again, I would not hesitate to rent this condo. »

« Great Condo, as advertised. The only reasons I marked down on cleanliness were the lack of dish soap, some leftover possessions from previous tenants in the master bath under the sink that should have been found and disposed of before we entered, and the Dryer (which needs to be replaced and was very hard to get working). But with all that being said, if I travel back to Pensacola Beach, I would definitely rent the condo again. »

« Loved the condo!! Fantastic property and cannot beat the sunset evening view with paddle boarders and kayakers heading out. Only recommendation is for the beds in the second bedroom. Both beds are hard and uncomfortable. If you have a foam mattress topper, you might want to bring it with you. Master bedroom was comfy and nice to have direct access to balcony. Communication was great too. »

« We like to stay in this condo on our yearly trip if possible, but this was the first year in this particular suite. The view was fantastic and we were able to watch dolphins and rays from the balcony every day.
