This beautifully decorated and recently remodeled townhome is the perfect choice for your next visit to Pensacola Beach! This townhome is positioned directly on Via De Luna Dr and is a short stroll to the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the huge open balcony overlooking the main drag of Pensacola Beach. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and a grill that makes relaxing a breeze. With storage under the balcony for all of your beach gear, this home is ideal for all of your beach adventures.



This convenient 2 bed 2.5 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.



The huge primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a smart TV. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. Each bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The large laundry room is situated between the bedrooms. There is an additional half bath downstairs just off the living room. The open living and dining areas have plenty of room for your crew of 6. The large dining table is perfect for family meals, game nights, office space, or counting seashells. The recently updated kitchen features all high end stainless appliances and is fully equipped for family meals.



There is plenty of driveway parking available and overflow parking available. *The garage is off limits to guests.*



Bring your furry guests along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. *Note - only small to medium dogs under 50lbs are approved - strict limit of 2 dogs* There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each pet. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. All dogs must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.

We had a wonderful time. The short walk to the beach was great. Everything was wonderful. It would be nice if beach towels were provided for the guests. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper provided.The guest book needs to be updated. It seems to be for a different property. All in all, a great stay!The neighbors are interesting.

Great Location

Location was great. Short walk to beach plus short walk to small deli/market/liquor store. Great local neighbors. Owner/manager were great to work with and accommodating. Had a great family beach vacation. Bed was very comfortable.

NO HANDRAIL ON ENTRANCE STEPS. DANGEROUS CODE VIOLATION. Dining chair broken, MBR closet locked, dirty washcloth left in mbr shower with pubic hair on it, ref drawer broken, CARPETS DIRTY, range not even with countertops, microwave loose on the wall, curtains dragging on the floor, sofa very uncomfortable, chipped mbr sink, 2 min walk to beach is thru private property. For near 400 a day I expect better, much better.

Nice updated property with new linens, appliances, etc. Relaxing outdoor deck. Road noise was difficult first night but got accustomed to it. Better for younger family with kids than older couple due to stairs and kids in neighborhood.

Definitely "Beachy"

Nice place, great deck, and staged to feel "beachy". Unfortunately, that theme made it very form over function like the two recliners are on the same wall as the tv so you can't see it. The couches are stylish but not especially comfortable and the 10' long surfboard looking table is just in the way. Maybe those are minor but there are some real issues for a family stay: 1) the deck has no gate at the top & the bottom door has no latch so children or pets can easily have access to the busy street out back. 2) the rattan-type rugs are a tripping danger as they slide and buckle up (we removed the one in the living room and it had a dustpan full of sand under it. 3) the entrance is a flight of 8-9 wood-painted stairs and there is no rail or banister that goes all the way up plus, the outdoor light does not work so at night, it's pitch black dark with nothing to hold on to. 4) the stairs are also extremely slippery when wet causing me to slip off the 3rd step from the bottom while loading to leave, causing me to drop my bag and fall all the way to the cement below (no rail to hold on to). 5) finally, the place is "tired" and needs some TLC. 30 solar lights on the deck are ALL out (need batteries), sign on deck is hanging as the plastic chain has deteriorated, lights on deck stairs hanging loose or off, etc. Loved the location and thoroughly enjoyed the deck (we blocked off the stairs) but wouldn't stay again as a family without the above issues addressed.

Fun in the Sun!

We enjoyed the stay overall. The lack of a working light near the entrance was a negative as we had to leave at 4am to catch our flight home and could barely see to get down the steps to our car with all our luggage etc. It’s easy to replace a light bulb. Deck was great. Kitchen and bathrooms were great! Paw prints and black dog hair on the two white couches in the main living area are a thumbs down for us….overall I’d give the verbo an “8”

We had a great time in the house. It's about a five minute walk from the beach, which was important for us. It had everything we needed, plus a really nice outdoor space to grill out at the end of the day.

Nice property overall

Really enjoyed this stay at the property. We came in with our family for Labor Day weekend and although it was crazy busy in Downtown Pensacola, this property is further away in a quiet neighborhood. The house and rooms are very clean and overall the property is extremely well maintained. A big plus is the huge patio and the gas grill where you can enjoy a nice evening grilled steak. We will definitely come back next time

Exactly What We Needed!!

This condo and entire experience was perfect! We love to travel with our pups and the owners were very accommodating as we have 3! The bedrooms were huge and the beds are so comfortable. I swear I slept better there than at home! My dogs had a great time. The dog beach is just 2 miles away! The condo was equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to the soft towels! As another reviewer mentioned, I would recommend bringing a baby gate of some kind if you are bringing dogs. It was great to have one to block off the stairs on the deck and let the dogs have the freedom to enjoy the huge deck. Also previously mentioned, the neighbors are so friendly! We will definitely be back!

Good location, rental was as expected. Dressers in both bedrooms were hard to operate (drawers either too loose or too hard to open), and garage/master closet locked. Would be nice if some beach gear (umbrellas or chairs) provided. Overall fine rental but for the price would be nice for some of the above things to be in place.

Great Location

Just a few steps away from a trolley stop to take you over to where all the restaurants are. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and this time of year it was not crowded at all. There is an outdoor shower at the bottom of the deck which helps keep sand out of the house. The only downside is the master bedroom, it does not have any blinds covering the windows, only light (white) curtains. If you need darkness to sleep this isn't going to work for you. Around 6 every morning like clockwork the sun was up and the bedroom bright as day.

We would stay here again! Townhouse was clean, good location, short walk to the beach, great deck for relaxing; friendly neighbors. Our suggestions are minor: Screens on windows/doors for ventilation--we didn't need AC in April; Master Bedroom closet was off-limits and the dresser that was provided was difficult to open--the drawers stuck, so access to clothes was difficult; need hangers in 2nd bedroom closet; need additional hand-rail at front entry. Again, minor things, but they'd be appreciated.
