Conveniently situated on the 2nd floor with a private balcony, this stylish Loft getaway is steps away from the bay and directly across the street from miles of gorgeous white sand beaches. The stylish loft bedroom is part of a bright, open-plan upper floor designed for comfort and modern living. With clean lines, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, the space is open, airy, and relaxed. The Sand Dollar loft condo is a more peaceful option for those who want to stay away from the crowded beaches and makes it a perfect vacation spot for visitors looking for a quiet getaway. It is centrally located between Gulf Islands National Seashore and the popular Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, where you will find a classic mix of restaurants, shopping, and various attractions at either spot. Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. Each unit has clean bedding, bath towels (beach towels upon request) and a fully stocked kitchen. That said, although you will have a coffee maker, filters and coffee cups, your favorite coffee blend will likely not be found in the cabinet. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Before booking this loft unit, please consider the physical abilities of everyone in your group, including children. The stairs leading to the loft can be challenging for some. The loft bedroom is only accessible via stairs. Due to the layout, the space may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or other physical health considerations. We want your vacation to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible so please take this into account when booking. Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00 You need to know: Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in. Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in. Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. We chose this condo to stay due to it being close to the beach and being on the bay. We love to fish so this was a perfect spot for us. The condo was clean and ready for us ahead of our arrival time. Ms. Donna was an excellent host who even allowed us to add an extra day onto our trip last minute. (Since the weather was so beautiful and we had not had a vacation in 3 years we just didn’t want to leave.) The check in and out process was extremely easy. I wished we could have stayed longer but hopefully we will be given the opportunity to come back again. This was by far one of the best vacations we’ve had! ##### Charlena G. Beautiful bay view and an easy walk to the beach as advertised.The only downside was the rail in the loft bedroom made us a little nervous with our 1.5 yr old…she could pretty easily fall through if we weren’t careful. A protective screen might have been a nice addition, but it’s not really the property’s fault - it’s easily seen on the pictures. Just be aware if you have small children. Downsides were that unless you like getting up at sunrise the bedroom/loft is lit up like a sunroom. No curtains just vertical blinds that don’t do much. The bed on the right was fine although a pretty soft mattress. The bed on the left has bad dips and is not supportive at all. In dire need of replacement. Prob both of them. We decided to make it a wedding/vacation stay. Loved the views from our condo! A very short walk to the beach and only a few minutes drive to the best restaurants. The condo was perfect for our visit! Very clean and beautiful property!! I will definetly visit again! ##### Sherri J. You pay so much for a nice place and you expect to have semi comfortable beds or at least put a mattress topper on it. Also they did not sweep the floors or mop very well. We moved the chair and there were dried up fruit snacks behind the chair in the living room. Other than that the place was cute and convenient ##### Haley F. I stayed here with a friend for a few nights because we were attending a wedding. Communication was great. The property was very clean.
