The only negatives are no adequate laundry facilities and the floors in the condo needed a good cleaning prior to our arrival. Also the living room rug needed laundering. A few issues with traffic - but it was spring break - so that's expected. Only issue we had was the "whistle". It was very windy 3 of our 4 nights, and there was a very pronounced whistle throughout the unit - enough to wake you up at night when the wind gusted. Not sure if it's around the door seals, or up between the ceiling and the roof. But when you open the door it goes away - so could be the door - or opening the door relieved the pressure. At the time of the booking early in the year, I didn’t realize it was Red, White and Blues Week. We were in for such a treat with an awesome view of the air show on our balcony and also on the beach! The only things I can think of that could improve our stay would be to fix the lighting in the staircase because it was fairly dull, the “whistling” issue around the door on windy nights and the door in general is hard to open and close. We had to have someone from the maintenance department show us how to open it the very first day. It shouldn’t be so difficult each and every time coming and going out of the door.
